Semi-Private Personal Training

Are you new to fitness? Are you intimated to join a full class? Do you have injuries or health issues you’re concerned about? If yes, then this is for you! Semi-private personal training provides you with an individualized workout plan based on your needs and abilities to help reach your goals in a small group setting of no more than 4 people.

Personal Training

Work one on one with a trained coach to help you reach your personal fitness goals! Personal training is great for anyone who wants to work on a specific skill set, is intimated to workout in front of others or simply can’t make it any of the class times!
