Coach Casey
Coach Casey has lived in Fayetteville for nearly 10 years! She admits it has become her home. She grew up belly dancing with her mom and was a professional belly dancer for over 10 years! Coach Casey began her functional fitness journey 4 years ago after the death of her husband and it was life changing. Functional fitness is what saved her! She fell in love with the sport and the community that came with it. She even found love again in the gym! In her free time, Casey loves to read, paint, and spend time with her kids and husband.
